Wigs are usually made from artificial fibre or Asian hair. ‘Human hair’ or ‘real hair’ are terms often used to describe Asian hair, which has been bleached from black and then re-dyed to a European hair colour. As a consequence, the hair texture is coarse and of poor condition and looks unnatural.
